This program covers drug and alcohol abuse recognition for supervisory personnel. The program elements are identifying behaviors that may indicate substance-abuse, strategies to implement when abuse is suspected and suggested documentation of observed behaviors. The cost of drug and alcohol abuse as well as potential exposures are discussed. The program is designed to be in compliance with CFR 49 part 382.603
