The design elements of this program are: evaluation, training, and testing.

Desired outcomes are to reduce roadside inspection scores related to vehicle maintenance.

This is one-on-one instruction. The instructor will have the driver perform a detailed pre-trip. The driver will be instructed to identify vehicle systems and explain any potential safety defects. The instructor will score the driver on their competency for each system.

During the training phase of the program the instructor will explain in detail CSA scoring and the drivers contribution to the vehicle maintenance basic. An actual CSA report will be reviewed. Strategies for reducing roadside inspection scores will be reviewed.

The instructor will then review the initial pre-trip inspection performed by the driver. Any issues identified for additional training will be covered in detail.

The driver will then perform a final pre-trip inspection with the instructor, scoring the driver on each system.

Upon completion of the course, the driver is furnished with a certificate of completion.

Our client is provided with all scores and notes generated during the course. A recommendation for further training if warranted will be included. Additional training if recommended will be completed by ECS without charge.

This program can be completed in 4 to 6 hours depending upon the variables involved.
